I Just Have to Believe

So, for the second week in a row, I have nothing to write about. The fact that for two weeks - two weeks that included both a trip to DC and my birthday - I have found nothing to write about suggests that one of several possibilities is true:

A: I suck at life. (likely)
B: I suck at blogging. (very likely)
C: I haven't drank/drunk/drinked enough alcohol in the last two weeks. (very extremely likely)

This situation must resolve itself. Something will happen....something is in the air....I can feel it.

In the great lyrics by -- yes you guessed it -- Megadeth..

"Time has a way of wasting time .. loneliness is not only felt by fools.. "

What you need to do is write -- A What if.. day post.

Make it up.. ;)

I've been drinking since 3. Does that count?

BTW, Packers suck, Megadeth rocks.

Blogging does take time but I would hardly call it a total waste. Everyone experiences low points. I wouldn't worry about it.

Peace

I've got lots of Red Bull & Vodka (but that's for my birthday this coming weekend)! Yay Sam's CLub.

Birthday present for a Lobster: don't make me feel old.

A sexy bitch (to use Mike Myer's term) who posts pics of her self as well as funny posts about shit she does, that's a bookmark worth keeping. If you threw in the blog towel, what would I have to go on?

Oh, yeah, that huge market in 36-year-old overweight men with a history of premature heart disease, overwhelming debts and bizarre creative ambitions. Okay ladies, sign up over there ad wait.

Ladies. Ladies...

Lady!

Oh AMG,

Worry not, it's just a low time. I have faith that you'll be back bigger and better than ever soon.

Oh and YAY for the new profile pic!
Keepin' it fresh, that alone has made checking in worthwhile.

Be well,
don't be putting no pressure on yourself.

Drunk blogging is the ticket. I will do it with you. Let us journey down the booze avenue and post incoherent, crazy and therefore funny nonsense. It will be a blast!

Option C, sunshine. Beer bongs are key.

I think you pretty much suck at life.

It's not a big thing. You get used to it.

At least I did.

That first comment cracked me up. Take a road trip! That's always fun...oh wait, gas is 2.89 per gallon. Sucking at life ain't so bad, at least it's free! I do it all the time.

Nice new pic.

Oh, I have about 123 posts on my blog. Four of them are worth a shit. You'll be okay.

I'll vote for C...everything is worth blogging about when youre drunk!

i know what you can do, create a little blog challange.

every everyone comment once about something, anything.

then you have to put it all together in one post.

(or you can give us clues as to where in the mid-west you are, narrow it down a bit)

i vote for the third option, you just haven't been boozing up enough!

Resolve? It must. It has to. These doldrums will pass... or else, what will I do? You've been... a mentor to me... got me into this thing... made me waste copious amounts of time...

I hate you

Go with the "drink more" option. After enough beers and/or shots, something worth blogging about is bound to happen. The only problem is that you might be so wasted that you don't remember what was worthy of blogging. Maybe get some of your friends to drink lots and see if they produce any funny stories.

Man, I totally feel #3... it's nearly 1am, and I haven't even started drinking... *sigh*

Well AMG, I was going to suggest you try what I do when I run out of post ideas - put up a picture and just write around it. Seems to jar the neurons somehow.

BUT... I can see from your next couple of post that you've done just that! :)

I've missed coming here lately and finally realized that I hadn't added you to my blogroll, so now that's fixed! Jeeze.
