The worst part? I flopped two pairs with my ace-king, he had pocket threes, and picked up another three on the river.
* Famous in the world of poker, at least.

Who is that?
Chris Moneymaker, dummies.
Nice, anon! You win the prize. For you non-poker buffs, here you go:
Wikipedia knows all!
It's hard to recognize him without his sunglasses and ballcap...
Joe, I know! I actually had to have someone point him out to me.
I got his autograph, too, BTW. I'll sell it to the top bidder. I'm sure it's worth at least a gazillion dollars.
You always play with a suited ace-king. The problem is you don't stay in if you get nothing on the flop. If you got the two pair on the flop, your lose is honorable.
The Moneymaker! LOVE IT!
That river can be murder. Totally Fifth Street...
Not that he was skinny before....but it looks like he's used his winnings to support a healthy diet of hoho's and yoohoo......
Yeah, it definitely looks like he's put on a few el bees. Shit, I'd probably go on a binge if I won the WSOP, too (it'd probably be on hookers and coke, though...which I guess would cause me to lose weight).
And I'm rambling.
What?
Moneymaker?
Rivers?
Tripping?
Flopping?
I feel like I'm at the wrong blog. Who are you people?

Oh Skye, you are right!
That is one deformed bear!
Oh bad bad bad AMG, what hideous torture did you perform on the defencless cuddly one?
Was he welching on some debt he owed you after you swindeled him in poker? (On or off the damn river)
Bad girl. Bad!!

"If you are going to go all in on a suited ace-king and lose to trip threes, at least lose to someone famous*."
LOL -- I'm still trying to figure out what that means, much less comment on it!
AMG, are you doing low-lights? Your hair's looking extra-fantastique these days.
