There have been accusations lately that I don't truly work all day, that I spend all day watching my fish and blogging and reading blogs and playing Solitare and doing Soduku puzzles and sleeping, but I really do work. And here's a quick look at my calendar for proof:

Avenged Sevenfold is sold out!
-Andrea
To me the only thing worse than a boring meeting is a boring meeting that doesn't start on time.
No wonder why watching the fish is a highlight of the day.
You so, so, so need to read Max Barry's new book ('Company,' just came out). It sounds like you work for Zephyr Holdings, and I think it's high time you learned the truth...
And to me the only thing more boring than a boring meeting that doesn't start on time is the one where people waste time with "playful banter" thinking they're OH so funny and amusing when all they're doing is dragging the meeting out longer.
I try to keep the word "boring" out of my outlook calendar because its shared. I don't want anybody asking me why I have "boring" meetings.
However, because I use outlook 2003 while everybody else here uses outlook 2000 (don't ask why), I use the little color labeling system to mark boring meeting. Brown is my color of choice, its a very boring color.
The worst is a one-on-one boring meeting with your 1,2,3 level boss which starts about 6pm, runs for 2 hrs and is followed by an invitation from the boss to (1) chat and get to know one another better or (2) let's get some (dinner, drinks) so we can chat, etc.
Does your job include hacking into other people's outlook calendars? That could easily be mine on any given day...
Boring meetings suck ass! I feel your pain. I tend to doodle in a meeting or make lame attempts at Photoshop art. Both moves make me look like I am writing or working on my laptop intently, thus giving the appearance that I'm being productive in the meeting. Ahh, genius!
I made a periscope for my cubicle, so I can see the boss over the cheap ass cardboard walls and hide - before he can see me.
Hey, what are you doing with my e-calendar?
Hey, you don't have useless conference calls?
Bwahahahahahahahahahaaa! LMAO. Now THAT is a freaking scary day! Somehow its very familiar to my calendar. I try to pass the time with power naps and slow Visine-drips. Works wonders. Hmmm, /ponder. . . maybe I should buy a fish. ;-) Ciao AMG, have a great day.
