IQ is slipping away....

Oh, god, someone please stop me. I am watching "High School Musical 2" and I can't tear myself away from it. This is not good.

I'm really sorry, but you're now an official lost cause. That's why I refuse to connect my phone line to the satellite receiver. That way, I have an extra layer of protection against ordering this program! Try looking in your phone book under psychiatrists. That may help at this stage. Good luck, AMG!

My son mentioned something about his diminished IQ since he suffered through episodes of The Rock of Love and some other lame "reality" show in his friends' dorm room.

If it's any consolation, I've been following the meltdown of Britney Spears for a long time and still managed to function as an adult. I can pay my bills and go to work and take care of myself. So I believe that there is hope for you yet.

Now, if you were glued to "Growing Up Gotti," I'd say you had a problem.

Is it a TV show or movie? I have downloaded some songs from it's soundtrack and they are ... interesting.

At least you have the choice to turn away (that is, if you could). I on the other hand have no such luck. Upon seeing the advertisements for it some months ago, the premiere of this DCOM (oh dear lord, their idioms have attached themselves to me) was ever so eagerly awaited by the three children with whom I share this domicile. I haven't been able to get these tunes out of my head for months now because every time there's a trip anywhere (and a trip anywhere is at least 20 minutes long because there's not much around here) the van is filled with the joyous (sarcasm) sounds of Wildcats.

please, help me.
