I am back from my epic (to me) trip to Europe. Which, for those of you who were wondering, was why I had my good buddy Scott do some reposts (not because I'm "so arrogant that [I] think people want to read what [I] posted only a few months ago AGAIN and [I] am running out of shit to say."), and also why I haven't responded to any comments.
It. Was. Amazing.
Beautiful.
Huge.
Quaint.
Confusing.
Expensive.
Gorgeous.
Fascinating.
I took far, far too many pictures and bought far, far to many souviners for far, far too many people. I am sorting through the pics right now and getting rid of duplicates and blurry ones, but I hopefully will have an album up by tomorrow.
I did buy wine (two bottles), cheese (with truffles), olive oil (extra virgin), shoes (Italian Adidas knock-offs), and clothing (lots). I also may or may not have purchased a bottle of absinthe (if you are a] my parents, b] the federal government, or c] customs, then I most certainly did not).
I am now going to attempt to sleep in a stretched out position, since for the past twelve days I have been sleeping in twin beds, buses, planes, and trains. Needless to say, my 5'9" frame does not fit well into these spaces.
